Kibby Awarded Prestigious Status of Fellow
Thomas B. Kibby, MD, MPH, CIME, FACOEM, has been elevated to the status of fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM). He has earned this recognition through his active participation in the organization and through his contributions to the field of occupational and environmental medicine.
Dr. Kibby is a physician for BarnesCare, the occupational medicine division of BJC HealthCare. He is board certified in occupational medicine, certified as a Medical Review Officer and is a certified professional supervisor by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation.
Fellow is the highest class of membership within ACOEM, and recognizes physicians who have been engaged in the full-time practice of occupational and environmental medicine and who have exhibited significant leadership in the organization. Dr. Kibby will receive his Fellow medallion at the ACOEM’s May meeting and now proudly displays “FACOEM” behind his name to denote his Fellow status.
“We are so proud to announce that Dr. Tom Kibby was awarded the title of Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine,” says Scott C. Jones, DO, MPH, FAOCOPM, medical director, BarnesCare. “Fellow status is the highest recognition within the ACOEM and illustrates Dr. Kibby's expertise, passion, contribution and commitment to occupational medicine. Dr. Kibby is a tremendous asset to BarnesCare, BJC and our community.”
