BarnesCare's exclusive focus on occupational medicine has earned us re-certification by the National Association of Occupational Health Professionals (NAOHP). This “Quality Certification” acknowledges that BarnesCare offers an exceptionally high level of occupational health-related services to employers and employees.
BarnesCare was the first occupational health program in St. Louis to become NAOHP Quality-Certified and only the second in Missouri. BarnesCare was recognized by NAOHP as demonstrating “Outstanding Achievement” by receiving a score of 98 out of 100 points possible compliance to ideal standards.
Occupational health programs and clinics undergoing an NAOHP certification review are evaluated in comparison to ideal national standards in six categories:
- Medical quality assurance
- Administration
- Operational framework
- Staffing processes
- Product line development
- Sales and marketing
“This certification is a reflection of the collective achievements of our outstanding staff,” says Patrick Venditti, Executive Director, BarnesCare. “The certification process confirmed our expertise and revealed new ways we can provide even better quality and customer service to our client companies.”
BarnesCare was originally certified by NAOHP in 2010 and re-certified in 2013 and 2016.
