The Eight Dimensions of Wellness
When it comes to employee health and wellness, even companies that offer a variety of programming can fall short of addressing all realms of the wellness spectrum. Wellness programming should be more holistic and should encompass an array of components that make up the “Eight Dimensions of Wellness.”
Even when a wellness program seems to be blossoming, it often may only focus on a few elements, which can inhibit true behavior change within the targeted population. Over the course of the next several months, BarnesCare Connection will discuss each of these eight dimensions in greater detail and provide helpful and realistic approaches to applying them to your company’s wellness program.
Are you unsure whether or not your program is adequately meeting all the needs of your employees? Do you need suggestions for incorporating a more holistic approach into your program, or even trying to start up a program within the confines of your company’s walls? BarnesCare can help! Our wellness experts can give you professional advice to get your program on the right track and ensure your company’s wellness program is not only surviving, but thriving!
